The reason they single or double lead tomatoes in a poly tunnel then lower and lean them is they can grow them for longer, space them closer, maximize vertical space etc. If you're only growing 5 plants youre most likely better off not pruning them at all to maximize photosynthesis and maximum yields from the 5 plants. Otherwise prune off suckers that may grow into awkward places or some foliage to help with airflow along with anything touching soil. That's it
