I'd like to do a bit of mountaineering in Europe. I've done Island Peak and Mera Peak in Nepal, and they were cool but I want to do something that's more about technical skills rather than just struggling through the altitude.

I'd also like to do a long van-life sorta trip checking out as many of the national parks in the US as I can for a year or so.

Neato. Personally I have a much more modest goal of just camping in every voivodeship; pic somewhat related, a map of Poland to hang on your wall where you can scratch out voivodeships you've already visited.
Someday I'd love to also motorcycle through all countries of European Union, but that's more of an /trv/ goal than an /out/ one.
