If the compressions straps are tightened over the contents of the pocket, how will the wearer retrieve them without removing their pack and loosening the straps? It’s a rhetorical question to point out a major design flaw. A feature of the pack (the front opening on the side pockets) is rendered totally unusable by the compression strap design.
Maybe I’m wrong and it’s a weird picture. It certainly looks like it, and I know for a fact that the Exos is like this. How does this happen? How does it pass a design team? How does no one question it? Why aren’t people noticing?
