What's your guys's personal med kit looking like. You do have one right you never know what could go wrong. Mine consists of very basic bandages, gauze, arm and leg wraps, disinfectant and burn gel some stuff for headaches, stomach aches allergies, and a few snacks in case someone in my group has low blood sugar, and a split, two tourniquets all orange because if shit happens don't be tacticool be ready.

Whenever I go outdoors I travel with a couple buddies of mine since I'm the one who takes basic first aid classes, CPR classes and stop the bleed classes I'm basically the guy who carries all of the medical stuff. although I'm not actually that proficient I just know the basics.
