I have 11 acres in southern Arkansas and look to create an off grid "homestead". I find that there are a lot of rules and regulations when it comes to well and waste. Composting toilets are legal and I know how to set one up along with a DIY septic system. I have an old well on my property and it is about 50ft deep what is a cheap and legal way to get a new well setup. Besides that im interested in tiny homes / small cabins ( EX: 12x40 A frame cabin ) I am currently living in my RV and working at a local plant with a PO. So my income is decent to work with.
