I have a Ukrainian friend who used to do /out/ tour guide stuff, canoeing, hiking and occasionally took people into "the zone" that was 2016 though, a lot has changed

Pretty spooky. I didn't hear anything that while day. Not even animals moving through that area. Really peaceful day.
I wonder who it was and how they snuck through the bush while obviously being a very heavy set person. Don't know if they were spying on me either, cus the boot prints started out of nowhere, and were leaving the opposite way of me. None went in the direction of my day camp.

It wasn't spooky in a paranormal sense. It was spooky in the level of stealth that dude had.
The guy had to have been trying his best, because I heard nothing that entire day. This was also super close to my camp. I'm always super attentive while in the woods.

In the Siskiyous I've been followed by things nearly every time I go deep in the woods there. Most of the time Ican only hear/feel it like the occasional familiar crash of brush and that feeling on the back of my neck like a mountain lion is watching. It's bad enough when I've brought friends up therethey feel it too and we could even simultaneously point in the same direction where it feels like we're being watched from. I can't even take my sog up there without him barking, growling, or shaking. It's the only time I've ever seen him aggressive, he is normally very easy going.

Picrel is just south east of Grayback mountain, one of the eariest areas to hike in Southern Oregon (in my opinion)

In my basic training we got a rap sometimes during role call for being too obvious at camp at night. Mayor would sneak up on us sometimes and see how far he got. One night a guy went for a shit. Shat right next to the mayor.
