I'm trying to make pure urushiol oil (the active ingredient in poison ivy) but am unsure where to start. I tried to ask AI chats but they all refused to help. If someone could point me in the right direction or give me the basic method I'd be very grateful.

You'd probably have an easier time looking up how to distill essential oils from the plant instead of isolating just that compound but I'm far from an expert

actively distilling the oil would almost certainly make it a felony assault charge.
just aggressively rub the raw leaves on the toilet seats and you'll probably just get a retard deferral assuming no one has an ER visit tier reaction.

another recommendation, steep the leaves in alcohol, oil is soluble in it
that you can spray it on a seat, and the alcohol will evaporate, leaving the oil

Do what the pot heads do to extract oils from weed. Try mashing up the poison oak leaves into a mush to maximize the surface area. Steep the mush in plenty of butane (you'd need to have a chiller for this) or methanol. This should dissolve any oils in the leaves I would leave it in there for a little. Run the fluid through a filter and maybe a water separator but at least strain it to get rid of the solids. Gently heat the solution at the boiling point. This should remove the solvent and leave behind any oils that hang out in the leaves. This should be good enough for your purpose I am sure there are several typs of oils in those leaves but you don't need to isolate it into some kind of lab-grade shit.
