Yeah well sorry. We're all first worlders here and only know about what to do outdoors, not how to survive in a war-torn south american country. I'm pretty sure it doesn't much involve the outdoors though. Food and shelter are generally to be found in the city, even in war.
Also I doubt Trump will do much more than a few punitive strikes to get political concessions. A full on war would be way too unpopular both domestically and internationally. The chance that your residential area will be hit is minimal. Just don't stay in government buildings or near infrastructure like ports.

That being said, if you want real advice.
Try to get to Spain and study a formación profesional for two years in a town of Castilla, Extremadura or Aragón where rent is cheap. Use those two years of legal residence for applying for Spanish nationality and once you get it granted, you can move freely within the EU with a recognized academic title that will make getting a job easier

This is why you made your bug-out backpack a while ago, right? I call mine the "fuck off express" because it contains everything i need to just fuck off into the trees and live well enough for a long time. To only rely on the most basic of services (walking to a town to buy food once per week) is the key to it. I've got everything pretty much, and for any season. Wood burning stove, water filter with an 8L water bag that doubles as a shower. I can put it next to the stove to get warm-ish and then strap it to a tree branch and have a warm-ish shower even in winter using biodegradable soap. Then I can hop back into the tent to dry off in the warmth while shaving with a hand mirror. You get the idea - if I really need to fuck off expressly then I can live an apartment lifestyle out in a small tipi tent. I can wash my clothes myself, or I can take them to a launderette within 3-5 miles as I go for my weekly food shop. Everything has a place and there is always a solution.

This is the type of thing you invest in and become adept at doing, on your own, so that you can immediately remove yourself from society if/when necessary.

contrary to popular beliefs it's actually not very hard to "survive" a "siege" when your soldiers outnumbers your "besiegers" by almost 3 times and you have an entire literal superpower bloc bombing the shit outta them
