Now my state can start upcharging OOS residents like several neighboring states do
And my town can start putting up "Residents Only" signs like a neighboring town does at its parks

I know. I've paid more to enter other state's parks (NJ, MA, MI to name a few) while my state charges in-state taxpayers and nonresidents the same.

I'm more excited at the possibility that this decreases the overall number of visitors than anything else. I'd welcome higher fees for myself too, to an extent of course, if there's a significant decrease in total visitors.
