There was a trend (and I hope it is still alive), where girls were dipping tampons in booze and inserting them in their butthole to get drunk secretly over long period. Did the guys do it too? I dont know, maybe gayboys did. But anyway I do not want to go on a tangent, I guess the alcoholics feelings would depend whether he/she is in treatment willingly. Maybe if you told him/her that it is because it wont smell from breath, they would look forward to it.
