Warsaw caves is fun. Pretty pedestrian as far as caving goes but southern ont doesn't have much. Your best bet is grab a bro or two and chill at the caves for the day and run around trying to find new ones.
This goes without saying for /out/ but.. don't wear niceish clothes. Some of the caves get tight for an adult, and they are really muddy from all the people going in them.
Best time would be late august or late may before and after every thinks its summer, it can get busy and nothing takes you out of the explorer feels faster than yelling kids and waiting your turn to go down a hole.
