Caving thread
Anyone like crawling into tight spaces and whatnot?
Just picked up some volunteer work at colorado bend state park doing cave tours
Im a beginner too. All ive done is shadowed a tour.
(besides visiting various caverns, such as carlsbad, ruby falls, longhorn, innerspace, natural bridge)
But im learning.
I was in the process of purchasing a new flashlight before picking up this oppurtunity, but now i feel like i need a headlamp?
Do most leadlamps fit helmets?
Also, Shorts or pants?
Its in texas,
but in the spring the rattle snakes like to chill in there
Also, does anyone happen to have experience as a tour guide? maybe story time about it?
Besides that, basic caving thread. whats to expect and are there any serious dangers
