You just go out and shoot one (assuming you're using a shotgun)
Just figure out where they roost and either go in before it gets light and set up a decoy in a comfortable looking spot with a good hiding spot and a shooting lane( decoy is optional)
as soon as they start waking up and making noise call a few times to let them know that you're there and when they come out of the trees they should come to check out where the noise was coming from
This also works if you set up near where they roost in the evening and wait for them to start coming back
you just need to learn to train yourself to be very still for long periods of time
