$100 isn't going to get that level of quality, /k/omrade. For $50-100 you can invest in a Pathfinder series watch/ by Casio. The nicer ones are also solar recharging which helps juicing the compass/altimeter/barometer/thermometer/atomic updater.

I personally wear a PAG240B-2CR Pathfinder I bought it for ~$170 and I couldn't be happier. Lots of features yet wears weightless.

No personal experience, but Shark Killer ABC was recommended by a guy on /k/ a while ago.
Quick research shows that it's just on top of your budget.
If you're going to actually use it you'll probably want to invest in a proper Suunto / Casio / Garmin.
I wouldn't expect accurate readings from anything below those.
