I would like to purchase some land to build pic related, but I can't afford 20 grand or more. Where would I be able to find a decent price on 5-10 acres? I figure I can start small and branch out, buying up the land around me as time goes on. Actually, anyone who has done something similar or who has some thoughts on this, I would love to hear from you.
