Mexican bro reporting. I've been playing the harp for about 7 years. I'm still fairly horrible at it but the best thing to do is practice daily. Tabs online are hit-or-miss. I bought a cheap $10 harmonica from Target. It came with a booklet and a CD (what's a CD?).
I started out playing songs like "Oh Susanna", "The Star Spangled Banner", "Home on the Range", "Oh Shenandoah", "Anchors Aweigh", "The Caissons Go Rolling Along", "Halls of Montezuma", etc.
I love the harp and carry it with me nearly everywhere I go. One day I was hanging out at the beach and there were a couple of WWII veterans hanging out by the POW/MIA monument on the boardwalk. I played Taps and afterwards they shook my hand and we exchanged sea stories. Forgot to add, I'm a Navy veteran. (whoopdy-doo)
