All the game animals belong to the state. To kill these animals you need a license and need to obey seasons and bag limits. This is necessary to prevent overhunting and overfishing which would be no good for anyone.
Anyways, poaching. Poaching is essentially stealing animals from the commons. If you hunt out of season, go over your bag limit, or have no license and take game you're poaching.
