I was innawoods mountain biking today and I really needed to take a shit, which marked the first time these two occurrences have coincided. For want of something to wipe with, I collected some Old Man's Beard (Bear Grylls says it has lots of uses). Searching for a spot in need of fertiliser, I made my way about 20 m into the forest, perpendicular to the trail. There I found a small space with a dusting of wildlife droppings already present, so I squatted and deployed some golden-brown dropships. The Old Man's Beard performed admirably in its primary task (very soft) and was then deposited on my expeditionary force. Examining the artefact, my inner two-year-old came to the fore and I poked the accumulation with a stick, covering it with pine needles.

Is this the proper way to do a two in the woods? Is there anything I should have done differently?
