I think this guess is more likely, my last was in the middle of a field.

I could probably take a jab at finding more accurate co-ordinates but these ones are 53.29, -1.625

wow,

but i guess that is a way of doing it, I used google maps to do it, if you create your own map you can put markers and draw lines on it and measure stuff out.

at the X there is a tree

close, but you need to be stop on if you are going to get the correct starting tree for the treasure hunt, did you use google maps?
