I want to train for a 100 km mountain walk competition ,which is in august. How should I do that? I can only climb mountains once a week or so
I do powerlifting mainly, I havent been that serious in my endurance training so far, but I really wanna do this. Dont want to win it or even come close, but I just want to finish it. What do you recommend me to do, and still be able to maintain my strength?
