Not your fault OP but that symptom could mean a variety of things from kidney stones to a urinary track infections are the parameds coming soon? how far away are you from civilization? Can they find you easily?

I always take care where I place my trekking poles now, and never place them so the handle is below my center of gravity when going downhill.
