Let's talk underpants.
I keep getting a wedgie while hiking and it pisses me off. Getting an abrasion in your crotch in the middle of nowhere is horrible so please tell me what sort of underpants I should purchase or should I just go commando?

jeans or fatigues, commando works but can cause rashes.

i hear duluth trading makes a killer pair of undies. but they dont come cheap

this it what i use. its synthetic which is nice because i tent to sweat quite a bit. and there feel good even when wet after a swimm or rain.
an they are quite long and dont move a inch. next time i see them i gonna buy a few more pairs.

i guess you could look for mountainbike gear/undies they should have so slip profe stuff

there's sales from time to time and retailmenot will have those deals on easy access

they'll even replace the damn thing if something happens AFTER they've been worn

Buy some baby powder (or adult equivalent thereof).

Slather that shit on your crotch, ass cheeks, and upper thighs all the way round.

It'll keep you from chafing.

I do that when I worked a job where I was walking the entire shift. The stuff worked wonders.

These guys have actually been outdoors and done physical work while outdoors.

Synthetics or wool are the only acceptable fabrics, and baby powder is a lifesaver.
