Hey /out/ midwesterners. Help a guy out with some camping ideas in the wisconsin lower UP area. Gonna be in Wisconsin weekend before and of memorial day and have no idea where to camp. Going to be in the oshkosh area, but willing to travel. Last time I was there, I really didn't see anything that would lead me to believe there was any good camping anywhere (mostly fields and everything seems developed or farmed) and the only car camping park I found was on the NE side of lake Winnebago. Where do Cheese and Brat eaters and Yoopers camp. What's the weather like in late May? I'm from Oregon and camp and backpack quite a bit, but will be a little limited as far as gear goes since I'm flying out there and borrowing. ANY help would be appreciated!
