The bitch on the right... ex police dog and working dog, we have had her 3 years now and she free, never loses line of sight thou, and if she does you only have to say her name and she'll be straight back to you.
They both come and sit at your feet if I point to the ground and both take no notice of other dogs, they will chase the odd squirrel or rabbit but as soon as you shout they stop dead.
It might take time and seem a little harsh to train them well but it's worth it. They will make you look like a god when they casually trot past other aggressive dogs whos owners have to have on leads.
My two only go on the lead when they are on the road, they have no road sense... they'de happy walk under a car, specially the one on the right, as an ex police dog she thinks cars are toys with hidden drugs.
Love your fuckin dog, they need you more than your g/f needs you.
