>>322723i'm kinda with you on this.
i decided to go ahead and throw my money at it, and if anyone is curious i'd be glad to do a review of it (assuming i ever get the fucking thing).
the company sucks hard at communication. that's probably my biggest complaint as a backer. they're legitimately worse about communication than any kickstarter i have backed before (which is sad considering i tend to back roleplaying games). i honestly felt for a few months like i had been fleeced, but i always look at shit like that as a risk rather than a guarantee.
other complaints are basic nerdgripes. they improved the screen from the original design and decided to give it kit-kat instead of whatever android version was previously listed. however they are not planning to give it any more ram or a better processor (i have mixed feelings about that. i understand that power consumption is a thing to consider, but i also would like it to be more powerful.)
anyway... tl;dr willing to give review if it ever actually happens.
>>322793when was that? i remember i made a thread asking about it once (before i backed it, since i was seeing if anyone had insight to it), and was immediately accused of being a marketer. i actually hadn't seen anything about it on /out/.
