Dude, just take them fishing. No to anything that, if they do wrong, can make them die. This leaves out teaching them which plants are ok to eat by example, anything at all to do with mushrooms, making weapons, trying to purify water with anything that isn't boiling or iodine, and also trying to teach them how to wrestle alligators and/or bears.
