I fucking hate these things. My legs got eaten last night. Whats a good repellant spray that I can use that won't give me cancer and is non toxic?

A friend once recommended rubbing orange peel on my skin (the white rind part, not the outside). I've only tried it once but it seemed to work reasonably well, although not entirely. If anyone can debunk this feel free to do so.

Hey man, I've had success with it out in the garden at dusk vs other pesticide free repellents. I get eaten alive if I don't use that or straight up bug spray

the cois are alright, they are for outdoor use but obviously if it's too windy they won't do much. luckily if it's too windy there won't be a skeeter problem either. they work about as well as citronella candles or the like, they're also vry light and easy to deploy so that's a plus

Seriously OP 25%-30%+ DEET is a lifesaver. Look up medical studies and you'll find that it isn't that bad.

For some reason I've found if you get really sweaty and smelly the skeeters don't seem to be as prevalent. DEET will keep them from landing on you. If you still don't like them buzzing around you get a head net.
