>>340994That urika tent you posted has a nice design. My friend has it. The only problem is if it rains you will get wet. He always get condensation on the outer wall.. and said small amounts threw the floor/ seams. I was considering it my self but after what he said and other videos on you tube pretty much with the same problem.. I would pass. If you re seal the seems and use decent footprint you should be fine though. And on clear nights with the outerwall off/ pealed back he says it great. Good for star gazing.
I ended up getting the 2014 qourderdome 2 from REI. Needed something both my girlfriend and I could use. It's roomy 1 person tent really.. and just fits me at 6'2 ...I'm a bit worried because if I stretch out/ back sleep I do touch with my bag a little bit at the footbox. We used it one night with light rain for 6hours during the night. It was 100% dry even with my bag rubbing the footbox without me knowing all night. This tent wis $300 new though so not a price buster... but in comparison with BA and other top brands its a good deal. We got it for $200 during the annual sale.. very happy
It's lighter and bigger then the erka slightly
The tent I almost got for my self is the tarptents rainbow. This is more single wall design with bug net but its uber light wight had has even more room the the REI we got. After I DIY a tarp for my hammock and get other nick nacks I may still get it.
MUCH lighter and bigger then the eurka and not much more!
