The only need for a gun is hunting and maybe defense and if you can't fucking hit/kill something in minimum of 5 shots, then you probably shouldn't own a gun.
I mean it just help when someone does go on a killing spree, if you know they got 5 chances to hit and then they got to reload, its a hell of lot better than knowing that they have 30 chance to hit at like 300rpm.
Also why would someone ever need AP rounds or hollow point, either you're shooting a vehicle or someone in armour, or you blasting a way civilian with hollow points, cause you sure as hell ain't gonna go hunting with them.
