I was trained to be a field geologist focusing in hydrology and petrology (hard minerals). Everything in my area is currently petroleum geology, which I don't know much about, so I'm relying on my GIS background instead. Moving to the Southwest soon as I can and get a more field related job. I loved being on my feet my whole shift actually outdoors instead of behind a desk. My daypack was my office while I was doing my field camp and land surveying training. I loved it and want to get back to it.

I work on an Organic farm. We grow everything from strawberries to corn. I mainly harvest food by hand, weed rows of crops, transplant baby plants or plant seeds, and wash/produce produce to local customers. I'd like to think eventually I could run my own farm like this one and manage a similar operation, but land is so expensive. Pay is crap but I eat really healthy now! And it's beautiful.

Through my host.
Most of my sales are to other racers; if i'm not out racing I'm usually on the track with either a camera or a flag in my hand.
Really need to market a bit more, but right now it pays for all my hosting fees with a little extra on the side. I know there's a lot of untapped markets I could get into, just need the time to put into it at this point.

I‛m a jack-of-all-trades, and I need to do works periodically in order to keep living.
It‛s not that bad, though. I can even spare some money for a bath in a public shower and deodorant periodically. I‛m somewhat proud about that.

I can post here because last year I‛d found a Nintendo 3DS near the place I go to sleep. It even had Pokéemon Black in it!
I tried to find the owner, as even as a hobo, I still have a honor code, but the person never made a Mii, never got to the eShop, never took a photo...
Oh, well. After some time I just bought a charger and I go to the town square, charge this thing and enjoy the free wifi.

I suppose I could take a stable job and live in a department or something, but I don‛t know; I feel incredibly free now, with no possesions nor feelings burdening me.

Sure I get to drive around all the time and see the sights, but I'm based in a piece of shit state, work with piece of shit people, and have multiple piece of shit bosses. I'm also on call every 3rd week, which means I can't leave the county or go camping or hiking or anything.

The only thing about the job I like is literally the paycheck.

I went to Colorado last month and I absolutely love it, so I'm moving there. I'll probably end up taking a pay cut, riding a bike to work, and getting the fuck out of this industry.

God I can't wait until my lease is up.

well keep in mind you have a base pay rate. so you can come in as a gl5 gl7 or gl9(these are the pay categories). so the starting pay will be a higher or lower depending. then on your base pay you have your OT that you work, holidays pay, night pay, Sunday pay. also you get raise after your first 6mos the every year after upto gl12. so you might come in at a lower level but you'll catch up to the other guys.

so you can come in as a 5 then it goes 7, 9, 11, 12. 13, 14, and15 are management positions you have to promote into. Anyways you are guaranteed within a few years a gl12 base pay (~72k) plus all the extra pay i mentioned. which altogether can reach 100k. hope I didn't confuse you south this pay talk. I think I confused my self.lol.
