I've seen guides on knives and multitools, but not any other innawoods gear. To fix that, I'll be starting a series of threads geared towards helping me create these guides.

Post your recommendations for sleep systems (bags, bivy sacks, whatever). Be sure to note the price point, weight, compacted size, climate, whether or not you'd use it without a tent, whether it fits one or two /out/ists (I'd like to have a guide for couples' sleeping bags, too), and whatever else seems worth mentioning.

I don't really know much about sleeping bags and shit, I usually just dress in warm enough layers and curl up in the snow, but someone should make a guide, so I might as well be the one to do it.
