Haven't seen a trail running thread. I've Started mixing in trail running with my daily distance training for a couple years now. Really grown attached to it, plan on starting to compete in half marathon's, 20k's, and 30k races here in Kentucky and surrounding states. So /out/ favorite spots to run? Gear/ Shoes? Meals before a grueling workout/ long run? Tips for beginners? Any memorable experiences on a trail run?
