I had a fuck ton of habaneros. I made this sweet and hot sauce using some ( which was amazing btw). The rest I removed the core and just froze. I was gonna make a more traditional hot sauce but I took a seed to the eye and just got pissed and froze em. Wear some safety glasses if you are messing with a lot of these.
