I like classical when I can.
Gustav Holst's Jupiter sounds like going on an adventure.
I also like Bach's cello suites. All of them.
Thomas tallis' Fantasia on a theme if it's cold outside.
Vaughn Williams' The Lark Ascending is good too. All that solo violin is fantastic.

walking up a mountain in New South Wales in Australia, listening to this, visibility was somewhere between jack and shit.
the Title of the song alone made me shit bricks.
it was scary sure, but such a good climb.
stick it on the right settings and the song sounds like its being played from the mountain itself, echoing through the atmosphere.

Love John Butler. I was actually looking for more contemporary /out/ music other than Butler and Mumford and Sons (to a lesser degree) I can't really find a lot of good innawoods music that isn't somewhat classical.

this song in particular sets a nice mood. It always makes me feel as though I'm entering into a sort of grand natural cathedral, and being that I live in BC the immense trees and the density they create in the forests helps to advance the illusion.
