Domestic cats, especially, are the worst killers of songbirds, small mammals, and reptiles. Most of the time they don't even eat what they kill. A wild rabbit in my yard was killed by the neighbor's cat, and all the cat did was watch it die. This denied the local foxes a meal. If you really cared about animals and nature, you'd break into these facilities and poison all of these human-bred animals, which are as much of a burden on nature as man is.
