Go after each of these steps
a) repellants help mask and/or erase smell CO2 foggers help to block smell and hide from sight IE look at that MASSIVE oxygen breathing creature instead of that flabby 200+ lb one.
b) mosquito netting, thick or tightly woven/impenetrable clothing/deet or what have you impregnated and mosquito hats with netting/ mud on face/etc
c) wear static generators in shoes so that mosquitoes are naturally repelled and or zapped(look up pickachu shoes) or clear coat liquid bandages.
d) several chemical and biological agents that can prevent puncturing and taking of blood/ unfortunately they are more harmful than most mosquitoes
e) Electric bug swatter, can of vegetable oil for bodies of water, and shovel to fill in ditches and empty tires and such of breeding grounds. Life spans of some mosquitoes are in the months to weeks to only a few days. Most of their life is spent in growing up and laying eggs/dying. At least for females. Unfortunately all the female hormones in water thanks to birth control pills don't affect them. If it did, you'd still get stung, but they would die off without breeding.
