>>375438In some places they can be fairly aggressive but they're generally a bunch of cowards and will only attack you in groups. Of course, running through a dodgy Aboriginal community with a nice shiny backpack and $300 pair of shoes probably wouldn't end well. Note that I specified 'dodgy' community, because the vast majority of inland Aboriginal communities are decent, kind people who for the most part just want to be left alone. The communities closer to major cities generally have more problems, but Aboriginals as a whole are good people and would be more than happy to help OP on his quest if he came across them. Of course, this is just my opinion, but I have traveled fairly extensively throughout the Simpsons and Great Victorian Desert and have had lots of interactions with the Aboriginals in the areas.
For the record, I think that OP is a fucking idiot and will die from dehydration, starvation, snake bite, exposure and/or a Wolf Creek-like experience well before he reaches the half way mark. He'll be another statistic and all we'll hear about in the news for that week is how there needs to be more regulations and rules regarding inland travel so this doesn't happen anymore, which is going to impact on the level-headed, responsible travelers like myself. Fuck you OP
