Hi guys.

So I'm looking to buy a new waterproof breathable jacket that would serve me for most of the year. I'm not doing any extream climbing or camping in an arctic conditions. What I need is a well made jacket that I could use both in the city and as for a trekking weekend trip with friends.

I'm an Eurofag so please bear in mind the brands that are available here. Currently I'm contemplating Jack Wolfskin's jackets - that's a german brand - not extremely expensive, but not cheap either.

Can any of you help me on that topic with an advice on what to look for and what to avoid?
