1. best way is to practise,
get a friend and play sprayer vs cop. take walkie talkies so you can find each other after you successfully lost him. (and for additional fun ). need motivation? make it a challenge and whoever loses pays dinner.
2. get fit, run faster, climb over walls.
3. get inside out clothing - so you can change how you look and so you don't match the description
4. wear gloves etc, so they can't fingerprint spraycans.
5. distractions, “lose” your fake wallet while running, cop sees it stops running, fill the wallet with some change and a fake id, put it behind the mesh, glue it into place so it takes a while to see that it is a print of the internet.
