I enjoy all types of climbing but they definitely tax you in different ways. Sport climbing can be hard physically but usually doesn't worry you mentally since the protection is almost universally great. Trad climbing is a little bit scarier, usually on easier routes (for me) and involves more gear futzing. Ice climbing involves a tremendous amount of gear and can either be terrifying or completely worry free depending on ice conditions. With good ice it's probably the most rhythmic climbing there is.
With most climbing I get super focused on the task at hand, nothing else enters your mind.
