"Survivalism," "bushcraft" and "innawoods" folks are dilettantes. They have a very shallow understanding of a very broad range of skills that most people have no understanding of, and attempt to lord that wading-pool depth over other people. This allows them to appear to be skilled without having to ever work hard or become educated. It's the philosophy student who wants to teach you logic because he read Descartes. It's the guitar player who only knows a couple Nirvana songs. It's the computer hacker who DDOSed your county sheriff's Domestic Violence Prevention website.
That's what survivalists are, to the outdoors. Find out what you want to do. Learn about the skills and tools you need to do it. You don't want to "survivalize." There aren't any "survivalism" websites, tools or skills that are worth anything. Learn enough to know what you want to do. Learn how to do that, instead.
