Hey, /out/.
I'd like to know EVERYTHING available when it comes to forestry and agronomy.
I'm a highschool senior this year looking forward to college, and while applying for an ROTC scholarship I was asked what my intended major would be.
I'm relatively good at English, PolySci, and international relations, scoring in the top 1% of my school when it comes to tests and such dealing with these subjects, but none of them really resonates with me.
What I really love is the study of biology, evolution, and the science behind soil/growth; even though I'm no whiz at it, it's something that's fascinated me for years.
"Forestry/Agronomy" is one of the options on the scholarship and I was wondering what the basics of it are; any PDFs, stories, firsthand accounts, etc... would be perfect.
