Then when they get there, their clothes and gear will be evaluated by a jury of their /out/ peers, and those deemed to in fact be /out/ will be allowed to cast one vote.
The results are then compiled, and if we agree/disagree to this by a margin of 10% or more, we go. Otherwise a new election is held.
