Where I work there's a nigger, and a white girl, and they're both the worst employees I've ever seen. The nigger is always trying to get out of doing hard work, he goes and hides, we actually caught him sleeping, he comes to work high, I mean the guy's a mess. Then there's this girl, she's pretty dumpy, but she's a huge flirt, she'll put her hand on your leg and try to be seductive despite the fact that she's fairly ugly (5/10 maybe) but it's enough to keep most of the employees enjoying her presence. However she does almost no work, she contributes nothing, and does maybe 1/8th of the work that a man does.
Multiple people have reported both the nigger and the white girl to upper management due to their under-performance but because the company "wants to represent cross-race and cross-gender equality" these worthless fucks keep their jobs.
Personally I have no problem with niggers or women at the workplace as long as they pull their weight.
Crazy world we live in, I feel like in the process of trying to diversify we're actually going backwards.
