ITT: shitty camping experiences
>be 14
>invited to go camping with my friend, his younger brother and his father.
>3/4 of the way there we stop at kmart to pick up a tent
>realize little bro is wearing baseball cleats.
>dad can't afford to buy shoes AND a tent so we get tent (should have realized i was in for a shitty weekend at this point)
>finally get to campground
>half way through setting up the new tent (which was a breeze. i wish i remembered what kind) little bro says he has to shit.
>dad sends him into the woods
hours later
>dude's dad is drunk by fire
>little bro is sleeping
>we sneak off to get stoned before bed.
>trip and fall into some kinda thorn bush
>sliced up from head to toe
>lose bowl forever
>go back to tent
>it fucking REEKS like shit in the tent
>dude's little bro stepped in his own shit, in baseball cleats, and dragged it everywhere inside the tent
>drunk dad gives no fucks and tells us to go to bed while he climbs in his own little tent
>sleep in shitty tent
>wake up to the sound of clanging and vomiting
>not only is buddy blowing chunks right outside the tent opening, there's raccoons everywhere
>garbage and cooler completely gutted
>food and trash everywhere
>fall asleep to the sound of coons fighting over vomit pile
>spend next morning cleaning up garbage
>out of food and dad is broke
>dad cuts trip short and we go home.
basically i rode in a car for 2 hours each way to sleep in a tent full of shit and lose my bowl
