If we're talking about shit that keeps coming back, I guess knife threads. Fucking Knife and Axe threads. The sad thing is, I think knives are something that end up attracting people to the outdoors, literally just because some knives look cool. They just want an excuse to have knives or axes.
Then I guess knife snobs would be the result of those people actually learning about said knives and then in an attempt to seem experienced or flaunt the experience they have, they hate on anyone who doesn't use their particular sharp.

They're a cheap little knife, useful for splitting kindling, carving, making notches, food prep, etc. It's just at one point they got this almost "idol" status, worshiped by fags who thought they could baton a fucking tree trunk.
