Okay, this is my first time on /out/. I'm in a high elevation desert (So, dry as can be) and I want to build some "armor" for going outside at night. The ground is littered in yucca (May be misspelled) and prickly pear. And, I want to use a ghillie suit to hide while out at night.

Basically, I'll be crawling around, in sand, rabbitbrush, prickly pear, and yucca. They're all pretty annoying plants.

I'd also like it to withstand against coyotes/ dogs, incase I get pitted against one.

I posted this on /k/, looking for advice, and they sent me here.
If you guys have other places I should look at, please share. I'm just looking for advice, nothing too big.
