>>430636I have the 100L. I broke it within a couple of hours I bought it when testing it at home. Pulled the strap hard on the hip belt and the top attachment snapped. Notice how short way the strap goes in and only held in place by those two strings of thick stitching.
Went back to the shop and got a new one and have not had any problem, though I'm cautious of how hard I pull. I bring some extra straps and shit for emergency repair just in case.
The metal hooks are too soft as well, they bend easily when you tighten the straps which is ridiculous. Instead of using the hooks, I hang small carabiners in the end of the straps. I managed to break a carabiner when tightening the strap.
If I buy an expedition sized pack I expect it to hold up heavy weights and take some abuse, especially at that price point. Some things seems pretty sturdy while other are flimsy crap.
