Preboiled rice and beans and whatever in airtight bags that you can warm in a frying pan along with your meat, some fresh chili, garlic, ginger, herbs or whatever rocks your boat.
Mashed potato, as someone already mentioned. Add bacon.
Eggs and beans for breakfast.
I don't know. But stay away from those nudles. There can't possibly be much energy in those.
