I was told that you want your 3 day bag to be 20-25% of your body weight. That's fine and all but does that also include all the stuff you are wearing not in your bag, or is it 20-25% for the total weight of everything on you?

I've got an Eberlestock Gunslinger 2 I'm loading out for a 3 day bug out bag. So I've already got my Ar-15, pistol, ammo, shelter, food, water, fire/cooking and survival gear already so its already pretty heavy.
